Scanned documents and phone scans often come out sideways or upside down, and a PDF that has one landscape table in the middle of portrait pages is awkward to read. Rotating in a PDF viewer only changes your view, not the file. This tool turns the pages inside the PDF itself, so they open the right way up for everyone you send it to.
Rotate one page or the whole document
Every page is shown as a thumbnail. Tap ⟳ under a page to turn it 90° clockwise; tap again for 180° and 270°. To fix many pages at once, tap them to select, then use Rotate left, Rotate right or Turn upside down. With nothing selected, those buttons rotate every page.
The preview turns as you click, so you can see the result before saving.
Nothing is re-rendered
Rotation only changes the page’s orientation setting; text, images and links stay exactly as they were, with no quality loss. The file size stays practically the same.
Page previews are drawn in your browser; only the PDF and your page choices are sent to build the new file, which is deleted from our server right after you download it.
Where this comes in handy
Sideways scans
Fix pages that the scanner or phone saved in the wrong orientation.
Landscape tables
Turn wide tables and charts so they read correctly.
Upside-down pages
Correct pages that were fed into the scanner the wrong way.
Before printing
Make every page face the same way so the printout is in order.
